“AI features increase productivity with task automation

Pros

Using this platform has really improved how my team handles client communication. Shared profiles keep everyone updated and the AI feature is a really strong feature. It automates routine emails, suggests actions, summarizes meetings and prioritizes tasks. It feels like I have an assistant that never misses a step which makes us way more productive.

Cons

While collaboration features are strong, I wish the AI insights were more tailored to specific roles or departments. Sometimes the suggestions feel too generic and adding more tutorials or ready made templates could make onboarding smoother.
