With mobile phone integration whenever a call is recorded, we can easily create tasks and integrate them into our workflow.
Cons
The lead updating process is a bit frustrating. Every time a lead is updated it takes us back to the first lead again.

We were happy to discover PipeCycle. It has a simple, user friendly interface that made it easy for my team to get the hang of quickly. And the best part was the support we received from their team during setup and training when needed. We were able to integrate it with our lead generation platforms in no time.
Cons
While we have all the features we need we occasionally need help training new team members. They are always happy to assist but it would be helpful if they could provide some video tutorials too.

It appears to be carefully designed with a clear emphasis on being practical and easy to use in everyday situations.
Cons
There are some limitations. With all the great functionality it can be frustrating when you come across something that should be there but is not. For example I wish I could set a sale's date to the previous day if I could not mark it as WON on the last day of the month. This feature would help keep my numbers accurate. Also I would love the ability to set follow-up reminders for customers I have already made a sale to. It would be great if there was a way to mark a contact as WON but also move it back into the pipeline for follow-ups. If this functionality already exists it is not as user friendly as it should be.
