“This is a weaker version of HighLevel
Pros
I really like the software that PLP resells. I have been using it for years and it has been an excellent marketing CRM for me.
Cons
PLP restricts certain features making some tasks difficult for me to manage. Also the support response times are too long for the type of work I am doing. The main support person acts as a middleman between customers and the actual High Level support which causes delays. Overall everything just takes longer than it should.

“Software is great but the service is not great
Pros
It is one of the most comprehensive software tools on the market. I find it easy to use, cost-effective and also it helps reduce expenses while increasing profits with centralized access for all team members based on their roles. However while the software itself is great, the customer service could use improvement. I reached out twice and both times my inquiries went unanswered for four days. When I escalated the issue to the owner, the employees responded and claimed they had replied earlier. The owner expressed dissatisfaction with accusing his team and after the second inquiry went unanswered, I stopped using the software and switched to Groove CM. I am grateful for my experience with PipelinePRO because it led me to Groove. Now I do not have any monthly payments since I made a one time lifetime payment which is equivalent to 3 to 5 years of monthly payments for this software. And the difference in capabilities, quality, results, community and customer support is like comparing a walnut to a watermelon in size and nutritional value. This switch was the best decision I made.
Cons
I just switched as they helped me with it and I am thankful to them. All credit goes to their customer service as mentioned earlier, they never care about the clients.

There is a lot of space to include all the necessary information and really customize our pipeline.
Cons
The potential is huge but it can feel overwhelming when we are trying to develop our pipeline.

“Excellent but sometimes buggy and overly complex
Pros
You can do a lot with it such as messages, emails, automations, workflows and so on. It truly has a lot of features, almost anything I can think of it offers.
Cons
It can be buggy at times and has small issues. Additionally it is a bit too complex and complicated. Also as someone who values a simple and easy to use interface, I believe there is room for improvements here.
