Support team is incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful whenever I reach out. I am in here constantly throughout the day as its become essential to my workflow.

The yearly subscription cost is on the higher side. I really wish they offered a more affordable entry level option for smaller businesses like mine.

The PE market reports are really easy to follow and understand. Really convenient!

Cons

Hard to move around and you cant recreate report data from the database. Preqin feels much more user friendly in comparison.

I'm really impressed with the private market data this platform provides. The detailed financials, market analysis and company profiles help me make investment decisions quickly with a clear view of potential opportunities. The Excel integration is amazing. I can export and analyze data easily which saves tons of time when generating reports. Plus the research tools for tracking industry trends and competitors give our team valuable insights into market positioning.

Cons

The platform can be frustratingly slow when pulling larger data sets which is really inconvenient during urgent meetings or presentations when we need information quickly. Another issue is that some fields contain outdated info or are missing data entirely forcing us to verify with third party sources occasionally. These hiccups definitely slow down our productivity and add extra steps to our research process.

The data coverage here is incredible and you wont find this level of detail on investors, funding rounds, financials and valuations anywhere else. What really makes it shine though are the Excel formulas that let you pull information super quickly and efficiently.

Excel formulas were pretty confusing when I first started using it so some beginner guidance on how everything works would be really helpful.

The financial reporting isnt quite right. Revenue and EBITDA numbers dont always match up with what they should be.
