Integrations feel complicated

Pros

The user interface feels thoughtfully designed to me. It's simple to navigate, visually appealing and flexible enough to arrange just the way I want.

Cons

I don't find the integrations panel very simple and managing the Salesforce sync feels unnecessarily complicated even for basic use cases.

boosts customer retention

Pros

For my business, this tool turned out to be a great way to manage customer success. It made retention and engagement easier which gave me peace of mind overall.

Cons

It took me quite some time to learn and adapt to the advanced features. Whenever I try to set up a complex workflow, it requires extra effort and I feel reporting and analytics aren't as user friendly as those in dedicated tools.

Essential tool for managing growing client portfolio

Pros

I really love this tool and couldn't do without it. As the number of clients grows, it becomes harder to remember every detail and it helps me keep a clear overview of my portfolio while analyzing risks effectively.

Cons

Each of our clients has a personalized portal and I wish I could add user engagement data directly to each client's record in this tool.

simple tool and strengthens client relations

Pros

Simple interface allowed me to get started quickly and the client management features helped me strengthen relationships and improve retention. Being able to plan scenarios for the client lifecycle is also a great benefit.

Cons

So far, I haven't had to reach out to customer support so I can't really judge their responsiveness yet.

Agile with useful statistical views

Pros

I appreciate how agile this platform is, letting me personalize the experience according to how I manage my client portfolios. The detailed statistical views are also very useful.

Cons

We often run into problems with syncing our Google calendars and inboxes which slows us down.

complete overview with great integration

Pros

I find it very convenient to have a complete overview of my sales briefs, planned activities, inter department communication and subscription insights. Integrating it with my CRM, back office and other tools worked easily and communication with the team has always been excellent.

Cons

For faster implementation, we had to organize internal training tailored to our use case and this required dedicated resources.

Easy to view team tasks

Pros

What I like is how I can view tasks and check my team's work, without having tasks that depend on each other.

Cons

I think the interface could be friendlier and easier to visualize since the names and labels always appear very small.

Improved renewal management

Pros

Customer health scores and renewal management really improved my processes. I also value the client portal which lets me share playbooks, dashboards and success plans. This transparency has built trust and increased adoption.

Cons

There isn't much I dislike but I did notice some limitations with usage tracking for Parent Child companies, though I know updates were in progress.

configurable for any need

Pros

I enjoy being able to configure my system to be either simple or complex depending on my needs. Role management also prevents others from accidentally changing filters or metrics.

Cons

Some filter options feel misleading or inconsistent with the way data fields are labeled on the front end, for example, �Workflow/Template� actually refers to �Playbooks.�

completely customizable platform

Pros

For me, this tool's biggest strength is its complete customizability. My complex processes work smoothly thanks to automated playbooks and the easy to use API which made integrating my other systems very easy.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major to complain about, this tool feels like a fully fleshed out system backed by a team of true CRM experts. Anytime I ask �how do I�,� I usually end up with a better solution than I expected and I like that new capabilities are constantly being rolled out.

powerful and no training needed

Pros

I find this to be both a powerful and easy to use tool, no training was necessary for me.

Cons

I would like to see more webinars or events to network and gain benchmarks on how other SaaS companies are tackling churn, expansion and related challenges.

Quick and efficient implementation

Pros

This tool enabled me to implement a strong CS solution quickly and efficiently. I liked that it integrated smoothly with my existing apps and the support team was always responsive and helpful.

Cons

With so many layers of complexity in our Customer Success department across multiple products, CS reps and global customers, we did hit some limitations around permissions and roles. That said, when we flagged it, the team quickly made changes and enhanced the product to fit our needs.

excellent for cross team collaboration

Pros

The customer data module lets me collaborate across different client segments. The customizable analytics and 360� customer view help me dive deeper into each account.

Cons

user friendly with good metrics

Pros

In my experience, the platform is very user friendly. The metrics and dashboards helped me spot churn risks in time. The playbooks and lifecycle tools were easy to adopt and the native integrations made my work smoother.

Cons

So far, there hasn't been anything negative to report, it's been an overall good tool for my needs.
