Pros

Everything is in one place. The software binds people and technology together. Our company team is on the same track and aware of how their responsibilities are critical to the financial success of the company. The PPO team is constantly adapting their software to the needs of their clients for simplicity. The learning curve is shortened by a convenient "Walk me through" box that guides you through the system. Need more info? Over 200 short videos are available 24/7. This helps eliminate managers' time with team questions like "how do I"? The Franklin Covey planning integration is the key component that totally launches the software above the competitors. The new Focus and Compass features give rhyme and reason to team responsibilities. The built-in Role feature allows me to assimilate life roles into my business roles for the ultimate experience.

Cons

At first glance, the program seems easy to use with its new clean interface; however, its true strength lies in the user's dedication to understanding the personal planning process and how it relates to sales and marketing systems. To fully utilize the software's capabilities, users must invest time upfront to grasp its importance and their individual contributions to overall productivity. To address the drawbacks, I would place responsibility on the user rather than solely on the software.

This app is not ready for prime time

Pros

I like the ABC priority and the Outlook Plugin that allows me to attach emails to organizations, contacts, opportunities, and projects. It works very well.

Cons

It falls short in almost every other aspect.

Pros

It is a value-for-money CRM with an ultra feature that helps develop any organization.

Cons

Their customer service is terrible; it's like no one is even there. They use a temporary agency as their receptionist, who simply takes your name and number.
