“Been using Covey system 7 Habit for thirty one years
Pros
I really value the foundational concept of having a mission along with guiding principles, as it provides a clear direction and framework for achieving goals.
Cons
The prompts tend to get stuck in certain fields, which interrupts my workflow and causes significant frustration.

“Major Fail and Flawed- Has bad Bugs!
Pros
It makes me really mad trying to use software with a bad bug that hasn't been fixed.
Cons
It's a major fail! The flaws are glaring! It doesn't function properly on a computer browser, and they're aware of it but refuse to fix it. They've known about this issue for a long time. This makes the entire paid program a disappointment and not worth subscribing to. It's incredibly frustrating and really infuriates me whenever I try to use this paid program. It was supposed to be the top organizer, but it's broken and doesn't work properly, and they know it. I think I deserve a refund. It surprises me how angry this program makes me whenever I use it or even think about it.

“Plan Plus Delivers Value
Pros
I started using this super simple web-based online CRM two years ago. I use the calendar and project management functions the most. Being able to check and update my schedule on my smartphone is important to me. One thing I really like is how intuitive the interface is, with multiple navigation paths to get things done.
Cons
I wish editing calendar entries and labels was easier. I'd like to set some notifications to be audible and others just visual.

“Doesn't Live Up to Its Potential
Pros
This is a very powerful tool with options for personal customization. It's especially good for assisting with values-driven goals, tasks, and planning.
Cons
When it comes to syncing with anything, Outlook, iPhone, Google, it's simply awful. There are constant issues. It even struggles to sync with its own mobile app.

“I love the PlanPlus software but HATE the price
Pros
I love the way it prioritizes tasks. It's designed for how I work since I was trained to use the Franklin Planner back in the day.
Cons
This product had the potential to be great, but they completely missed the mark. They haven't figured out how to price it appropriately. I'd love to use it, but I won't until they make it more affordable. Very few products like this charge a monthly fee.

“Sometimes great.
Pros
PlanPlus is sometimes a great management app. We've connected it with our website, and it runs flawlessly in that aspect. It's also very convenient to have everything available online, especially if we need to use it but don't have access to a computer.
Cons
It can be incredibly buggy. We've experienced freezing several times, and it doesn't seem to meet Franklin Covey's standards. We had issues with its integration with Outlook, which was a major reason we got it. If they resolve these issues, we might consider using it again, but for now, we've stopped.

“If you value your business, avoid.
Pros
It used to be amazing. The calendar is pretty good, but that's about it, unfortunately.
Cons
It's so buggy that it's impossible to use. The homepage doesn't function, the appointment search doesn't work, the email center won't open, emails won't render, and customer support is nonexistent. Emails to support are ignored. The email center has been broken for seven months. They've blamed Gmail (which I don't use), Outlook (which I don't use), Windows (which I don't use), Mailchimp, and GoDaddy. They blame anyone they can so they don't have to fix it.

“PlanPlus promises alot but doesn't deliver
Pros
I liked that they promised the system would sync with my Outlook account and that their CRM would work in conjunction with my Outlook contacts. They helped me build a system that could capture a lot of the information I needed to maintain.
Cons
The person assigned to help me really made an effort, but couldn't resolve the software issues between Outlook and Plan Plus. The IT team was only reachable by email and took forever to respond. After six months of frustration trying to make the system work for my needs, I gave up. No one reached out to me after I stopped calling. I feel like I wasted a lot of time and money on this. When I tried to review the plan on their website, they blocked my review, so here it is for everyone to see.

“Surprised Franklin Covey would even advertise this
Pros
There are no pros at this point. Possibly the layout is great, but I wouldn't know since I can't get it to work.
Cons
I've tried to sync with iCal without success. When I called for support, I was sent to voicemail, and it took at least four hours for someone to call me back. Being in sales, four hours later, I'm usually not in my office or in front of a computer to resolve issues.

“Use this program to help management tasks and time in a most efficient manner
Pros
The program has all the features of a traditional Franklin Planner but is completely mobile. Notes are searchable, and all data is stored and easy to retrieve. The weekly compass feature is great.
Cons
The goal planning part of the software isn't as user-friendly as the rest of the program. There are occasional bugs in the calendar part of the program.

“Great concept Poorly Executed
Pros
The concept of the program and the seven habits process is awesome. The rocks and sharpen the saw work, but not the rest of the program.
Cons
The program has the potential to be great, but it's incredibly frustrating. Some parts of the program work well, but it's clunky to use, you have to click in specific areas and deal with small outlined boxes that don't align with the table. There are popups that you can't dismiss, and sections like projects don't fit with the rest of the program. If you only have daily tasks, you might be okay dealing with the clunkiness, but if you have projects, forget it. Customer support means well but is unresponsive, you have to extract information from them.

“Horrible Program
Pros
I like the Franklin Covey planning approach, but the program is too buggy to use. It started going downhill several years ago.
Cons
It completely messed up my calendar, duplicated appointments and shifted them in time. I wasted a huge amount of time trying to fix things.

“Disappointment
Pros
The Franklin Covey time management system is always a plus. The philosophy is carried out in the software.
Cons
It does not integrate well with Outlook at all, despite their claims. The app's functionality is lacking. You can't use Outlook as they say you can. You can't sync with other systems without potentially violating laws by making your company's database accessible to their servers.

“Does not work with IOS11
Pros
Very good program. I liked the reminders and the integrated system. It works the Franklin program well and helped me. I'm disappointed that I can't use it anymore as I primarily use my iPhone.
Cons
I've used it on my iPhone for several years. Now they've decided not to update it, so it's useless. They said the iPhone was an additional project, which doesn't seem like a wise business decision.

“Best service experience by tech company ever. My new account person is a star. Very helpful , explained things in terms I understood and accommodated my schedule.fantastic service!
Pros
PlanPlus is based on Covey's 7 Habits and 4 Disciplines of Execution, which is the gold standard. PlanPlus transitions me from paper to mobile and saves me time in planning each week. I finally found my Knowledge Age planner! The service and mentoring are outstanding. My new account person was amazing in getting me up to speed and went out of his way to work with my schedule. I've never experienced this type of service from an online product.
Cons
If customer service is important to you, don't bother using this company.

“overall negative
Pros
The concept or idea is good, but the product does not live up to it. It does not perform well, and there were times when it was not accessible.
Cons
Support is lacking. There were times when it was down, and support acted like it was just my perception.

“A great beginning
Pros
I likethe ease of prioritizing and tying to contacts, projects, calendar, and roles. It has taken the place of four different software CRM or add-on products.
Cons
It is very robust, but the learning curve to reach the desired level of competency is quite long. Thankfully, they have many videos and coaching available to help.
