“Affordable CRM with great flexibility

Pros

I really appreciate how it handles multiple channels efficiently plus the edetailer function works great for our needs. The data tracking capabilities are solid and being able to customize features to fit our workflow has been a game changer. Support has been responsive when we have needed help and considering everything it offers, the cost is pretty reasonable compared to other solutions we looked at.

Cons

Could be more user friendly for traditional reps. Some customization options come with a hefty price tag.
