“Great for keeping info updated
Pros
The contact management congreatation has been a game changer for our small business operations. Being able to share contact details with team members helps avoid duplicate data entry and keeps everyone's information updated automatically.
Cons
The permission settings could really use more depth. I can't create specific access levels for different departments or individual team members which is pretty limiting.

“Amazing contact management
Pros
I really appreciate how easy it is to find specific contacts with the search feature and being able to create custom fields means I can track exactly the information that matters for each person I'm working with.
Cons
The contact sharing feature is pretty slow and frustrating to use. There's no way to customize user permissions or give people different access levels, which is a real limitation.

Pros
Finding colleagues within our organization has become so much easier with this platform. Before, tracking down people manually was a real tough procedure but now I can connect with team members without any trouble.
Cons

Pros
This contact management tool has been very useful for storing and syncing all my contacts. The backup feature works great and captures all the details I need. Really comes in handy when I need to access information quickly.
Cons
The software covers all the essential features but it suffers from limited recognition in the market. Since fewer people are familiar with it, the company really needs to step up their marketing efforts to showcase what this tool can actually do and reach a broader audience.

“Perfect Solution for Daily Tasks
Pros
I can reach my contacts from anywhere, mobile, web, Outlook, you name it. The search functionality is really powerful and the tagging and organization features work perfectly. Everything I need for managing contact relationships is there and runs smoothly.
Cons
The tool has quite a few features tucked away that aren't immediately obvious. I spent ages trying to figure out how to scan business cards and turn them into contacts once I finally discovered it, I use it constantly in meetings but finding these functions on your own can be frustrating.

“Lacks Contact Merging Feature

The interface looks great and importing my contacts was easy. However, I couldn't tell right away if it would handle duplicate cleanup properly, had to spend some time testing that feature out.
Cons
I'll be honest, the name really bothers me, which might sound petty but it's how I feel. More importantly though, I couldn't merge duplicate contacts which was my main goal. After importing from multiple sources, I expected to clean up duplicates and export a clean list but that feature isn't available. Support confirmed it's not included in the free version and offered a prorated service that cost more than a monthly subscription. I'll probably wait until the feature is finished, then subscribe for a month to handle my contact cleanup.

“Excellent Contact Management Solution
Pros
This platform is really flexible and i really like it, I can access everything from anywhere. The offline functionality is a game changer when internet gets spotty. What really stands out though is the customer support team. They're incredibly responsive and always there when you need them.
Cons

What I love most is the integrated personal assistant that really simplifies my workflow. The smart search and filters make finding information incredibly quick and the keyword search functionality is spot on. Having a digital business card feature is surprisingly useful for networking. Being able to access everything offline on mobile is a game changer when I'm in areas with poor connectivity. The pre built campaign texts and emails save me tons of time and the field sales automation with merchandising tools keeps everything organized perfectly.
Cons
Tbh, feature set feels pretty limited if you're just a single user rather than a whole team. Support response times could definitely be faster when you need help. The interface isn't very simple for people who aren't tech savvy, it could use some simplification to make navigation easier for everyone.
