“Smoother sales process
Pros
Selling became easier for me and I've seen how it makes my customers happier too. I can manage sales better now and feel more in control with less effort.
Cons
I find the reporting system and direct sales process from guests kind of confusing. The notes part especially feels like it belongs more to the hostel than to the actual customer's side of things.

“Simple and easy to use
Pros
Every single feature I used during the event was simple and worked smoothly. It honestly made running the event faster and way less stressful because I wasn't stuck figuring stuff out mid-process.
Cons
I genuinely enjoy everything about this software. The only thing that really bothers me is when it suddenly crashes which throws everything off in the middle of my work.

“Quick and simple setup
Pros
I found it really convenient to manage the money side of things. The wristbands made everything cashless and putting money onto them was super quick and simple for me.
Cons
Sometimes the wristband just doesn't get picked up by the device and it's annoying when that happens because it slows things down especially when I'm in a rush.

Pros
Since using it we've seen customers spend more and saved a lot on stuff we used to lose in the kitchen and bar. The live inventory feature really helped us there. I also love the detailed analytics and how they keep adding stuff like billing statements and PMS integrations. Our customers love it too, it feels super modern and smart.
Cons
I didn't really have complaints but I did want some extra features, stuff like live inventory tracking and having guest names right on wristbands. I shared that with them and they actually added both of those within six months which I really appreciated.

“Fast support with fewer errors
Pros
The support team always gets back to me fast and they actually listen. I've noticed fewer errors and less lost sales in our bar and restaurant since using the system, it's done a great job at cutting out manual mistakes.
Cons
It acts weird every now and then like yesterday I had trouble just adding a new product and it break sometimes too which ends up being a big inconvenience when I'm in the middle of something.
