“Works better on desktop
Pros
I partnered with Code5 to improve my company's information infrastructure and with this CRM, I've seen how I can make quicker and more confident decisions in our sales processes. I wanted a system that could analyze the right data and this one does exactly that for me.
Cons
It would be amazing if I could get full access to everything on the mobile version. Right now I feel like I'm missing out when I'm not on a desktop.

“It has Everything you need
Pros
Thanks to PRISM CRM, I can control all my business processes, from marketing to after sales to financing. One of the features I enjoy the most is the reporting system, which sends the reports I want directly to my phone and email.
Cons
Really hoping they add video conferencing in one of the next versions. It's something I think would complete the whole setup for me.
