“System that simplifies HR and administrative work
Pros
It is a platform that makes communication with HR and the finance department much easier which eventually helps us solve and address issues more effectively.
Cons
What I did not like was not the system itself but rather a problem management encountered when creating tasks and appointments within the system.

“Not user-friendly but it works
Pros
The interface is really clean and easy to use which makes everything more direct. Also I like how the time tracking system is set up as it is simple to log hours and keep track of work without any confusion.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the expense input for reimbursements is a bit complicated.

It is super practical and works really well for our everyday tasks. Also it is fast, gets things done efficiently and just makes daily work easier. Whether you sre using it for small jobs or regular routines, it is reliable and simple to use.
Cons
Well it asks for a lot of information which can be overwhelming.

“Close to perfectection
Pros
Not only is it very user friendly but logical and easy to use which is great. Plus it covers almost everything we need but since it is such a comprehensive system, there are a few areas that could be improved. Overall it meets our needs very well.
Cons
There are some features missing but I understand that certain things are specific to the business and might be difficult to implement in a standard platform.

Pros
It is really easy to use and the data it handles is simple to understand. You do not have to waste time trying to figure things out. On top of that the support team is always there when we need help which makes a big difference.
Cons

Pros
Despite having many features I find it really easy to stay organized because the interface and usability of Procedo are excellent. Also it is a very adaptable tool which is pretty helpful.
Cons
The time it takes to implement some new features can be a bit long but I think that's typical for this kind of tool.

Pros
It is an amazing system with great usability and lots of features for management such as sales tracking and reports. Plus I like that it integrates with various other tools and systems and the support is quick too.
Cons
Since the system is entirely web-based I feel like it would be nice to have a mobile app for better navigation on mobile devices.

Pros
Procedo system is set up really well. All the key features are already in place like approval processes and other tools we need to keep things running smoothly. Also it was ready to use out of the box and makes managing tasks and workflows much easier.
Cons
The system is difficult to use requiring a specific action hierarchy. Also I find it tough to edit things after they have been created.

I really like how easy it is to keep my financial and billing systems up to date. The updates are smooth and save me a lot of time.
Cons
Searching by order or client can be tricky as I cannot always search by the client code.

Pros
Once we get the hang of working with Procedo interactions become much easier.
Cons
Some of the constraints within the system don't make much sense. Also I find it hard to generate reports through filters to analyze the sales funnel and some important reports are missing for data analysis.
