“All in one Solution”
Pros
The CRM system is very comprehensive and integrates easily with websites, newsletters, forums and more. I find it super user friendly and can access it from anywhere with an internet connection. Plus their support team is always available and works collaboratively to find the right solutions for any issues.
Cons
The main downside Ive noticed is that there's a distinctly Dutch approach to how things work, which doesn't always translate perfectly to our Belgian market, like subscriptions auto renewing instead of waiting for payment confirmation, which caught us off guard initially.
