“Perfect dealership management tool
Pros
I appreciate having everything in one centralized location for tracking sales and project implementation, it really simplify our workflow from beginning to end. The system naturally encourages great business practices which has been great for our team's overall efficiency.
Cons
Sometimes the system feels overly complex when trying to complete transactions, though I've come to understand these restrictions are actually there to protect us and enforce good business practices.

I can handle everything from sales tracking to inventory management with this system. The interface feels natural and easy to navigate.
Cons
The QuickBooks integration sometimes gives us trouble, though I think it's mostly because of our specific business type and the huge number of line items we deal with for certain services.

We were able to combine three separate tools for Sales, Service and Accounting into one platform. This really improved our internal controls and gave us a single dashboard to see everything happening in our business. Since they had experience in our industry, the team helped us with best practices without needing much customization. The support and sales staff are fantastic. They provide knowledgeable guidance to everyone on our team with really thorough training. They always answer the phone, follow up consistently and offer excellent video and live training sessions. This has become a valued, trusted partnership for our company.
Cons
While there are hundreds of reports easily accessible through dropdown menus, I'm hoping for better BI tools and dashboard improvements. The interface connections to systems like Sage and our OEM platforms could be more simple too. Task-based tracking in Professional Services also needs some work to be more effective.

Pros
I found this solution really easy to pick up without much training needed. The support team responds quickly and actually solves problems when they come up. What I appreciate most is how flexible they are when dealing with unusual situations, they don't just give you a standard response.
Cons
The cloud-based setup means it can get sluggish sometimes.

Our team relies heavily on the CRM module and the reps really value how easy it is to search, filter and sort when building targeted lists. What I find particularly useful is being able to view last contact dates across different accounts at a glance, plus the way our custom fields automatically integrate into the search and filtering options.
Cons
We'd prefer better integration with some third-party marketing tools, though I know they're working on improving that through their Web API. Like any software, success really depends on how well you implement it, get proper training and support (which they're great at providing) and how committed your team is to using it. We're collaborating with them to set up best practices.

“Full project visibility
Pros
I needed something that could track projects from start to finish across our entire business. Being able to see every cost tied to a single project gives us real insight into what each one is actually worth to the company and this tool delivers exactly that.
Cons
The amount of clicking needed to input all the required data can get pretty boring, this tool isn't any different in that regard.

“Keeps all teams in sync

What really impressed me about this system is how it keeps our Sales, Order Fulfillment, Project Management, Resource Scheduling and Help Desk teams all synchronized and able to respond to changes together. We replaced four separate departmental programs and multiple complex reporting spreadsheets with one unified platform. This dramatically cut down on data re-entry mistakes and delays, reduced communication gaps between departments and gave us much better real-time visibility across the entire company. I particularly appreciated how the team was eager to share best practices during setup while also being flexible enough to configure things to match our existing processes. The support response and resolution times have been outstanding.
Cons
The setup process dragged on longer than expected, though I appreciated that they handled most of the heavy lifting rather than dumping us with videos and manuals to figure things out ourselves.

I rely on this system daily for ordering and tracking both hardware inventory and software support. What I appreciate most is how well it handles software support contract tracking, it really helps me stay on top of renewal deadlines and plan ahead properly.
Cons
Handling our monthly recurring billing for services has been a real challenge. I've been hoping for a better solution to manage this type of billing for quite a while. Just found out this feature recently became available and the team has already set up training sessions for us on this new functionality.

What I appreciate most is how this covers everything from lead generation to ongoing help desk support. Before, we juggled multiple systems to capture information with no real flow or continuity, customer data was scattered everywhere. Being cloud-based is a huge plus and the simplicity makes training new staff much easier. The team behind it is incredibly responsive and genuinely listens to feedback and suggestions.

The support team behind this platform is absolutely incredible, they're always ready to jump in and help with training or whatever you need. I love that I can access everything through any web browser and honestly, we've never had any downtime issues unless our own internet goes out. Sure, there's definitely a learning curve when you first start, but once you get the hang of it, finding what you need and tracking orders becomes second nature for the whole team.
Cons
Since it runs entirely through the web, I notice it gets pretty sluggish during busy internet hours. The company has put in serious effort to improve this and honestly it's an issue you'll find with most platforms like this. The customization options are also somewhat limited compared to what some users might want. While they're always open to feedback and regularly add features that benefit everyone, getting them to build something specific just for your dealership is tougher not impossible, but it takes forever if it happens at all.
