“The best source for real estate data
Pros
The foreclosure data here is honestly next level stuff. I am very much impressed with how current the updates are and how well the monitoring features work. Skip tracing has been awesome too. My fav part is being able to pull up the most active contact number. All this make a huge difference. And part of me wants to keep PropertyRadar a secret because it is so good but with how many deals are out there, I have no problem highly recommending it.
Cons
I really wish the names came in title case instead of being in all caps as it creates issue for our CRM automations. Also I will like it more if they offered an open API we could connect with directly instead of having to rely on Zapier. But to be fair these are small things compared to all the benefits we are getting from the platform. And I am sure these upgrades will happen over time.

“Full of bugs and inconsistencies, the service was also poor
Pros
There is definitely some great info available but I have come across a few inaccuracies too. Since the quality of your decisions depends on your data, wrong details can be annoying. On the upside their chat support is pretty responsive and helpful. Also I like that they are open from 6am to 6pm as it is a great window.
Cons
The amount of bugs and errors I ran into was frustrating. And a bunch of the properties showed incorrect or misleading information and I ended up wasting hours trying to work around it. I reported everything, expecting at least some understanding or a refund but they stuck to their no-refund policy. Even after I said I would not leave a bad review if they refunded me they still refused. Honestly any decent company would have handled this differently.

“Perfect for data mining
Pros
Creating marketing lists is quite simple and it saves me a lot of time. Also it gives you quick access to lead details which is great for understanding their background before you reach out.
Cons
So far I have not found anything I do not like as everything seems to be working well for now.

“It has all the tools you need to succeed in real estate
Pros
The ability to narrow down and target exactly the market I am working in is amazing. As it really cuts down on wasted time and budget by making sure I am not marketing to the wrong group.
Cons
Nothing bad to mention. But yes there is just a bit of a learning curve involved like with any new tool. Once I get the hang of it, it is fine.

“It's one of a kind
Pros
So many things that I like. Such as the automation tools and how well it integrates with other systems are quite helpful. Also it really streamlines everything for me and makes the process more efficient.
Cons
I feel like the skip tracing could be better. Also it does not always show the most relevant or active contact which can be a bit of a letdown when you are trying to get in touch quickly.

“An advanced tool
Pros
It is quite advanced. I have not seen any other service offer this level of data for such a reasonable price. Also the mobile app is a huge bonus. Whether you are an agent or a lender, trust me that this tool will very nicely improve the way you work.
Cons
So far everything is been working great for us. One thing that would be helpful though is if mortgage lenders had the ability to look up agents and independent financial advisors as it would make things more better.

“Found a lead on my first attempt
Pros
What I enjoy most is how easy it is to stay organized. I can be on the exact market I want and manage all my data in one spot. Plus the ability to export up to 10,000 records a month for free is also more than enough for me. And the mobile app makes it easy to access everything on the go too.
Cons
It is annoying that there is no easy way to remove duplicates from one list or across two different ones. As I think that should be automated. Also some areas like Arkansas do not have data available which I personally need access to.

“perfect for creating listings in a targeted area
Pros
Being a real estate investor I love how I can pull detailed prospect lists in specific areas, complete with emails and phone numbers. Also it has helped me get laser focused with my marketing.
Cons
I feel like it would be awesome if PropertyRadar added a built in email feature where you could send messages directly to contacts on your lists. That would make campaign outreach so much easier.

“Took my bulk mailing to new heights
Pros
One of my favorite features is building custom market lists. Once I find the right market I can save all the selected properties into organized lists. From there I can segment for niche marketing, get valuable insights, set up campaigns and automate alerts. Overall it is a powerhouse.
Cons
Well I am not very tech savvy and the measuring tool confused me. I know it has got great features like heat maps and filters to explore properties based on things like value or owner age which is helpful for finding targeted markets. But honestly I just failed to figure out how to use it properly.

“Awesome value for the price
Pros
It allows me to easily skip trace homeowners and the phone numbers that come up are surprisingly accurate too.
Cons
When you are checking out multiple properties, it gets kind of annoying that you have to fully back out of the current search just to look up another one. I think it would be nice if you could move between them more smoothly.

“User-friendly tool
Pros
The layout is really clean and easy on the eyes which makes working with the platform more enjoyable. Also it always seems to have the most current info compared to other tools I have used. And I love how organized it keeps me and that it links out to Realtor.com and Zillow so I can check MLS status fast.
Cons
I wish there were more filtering options for comps. Also you cannot stay logged in on multiple devices as it logs you out of one when you log into another. And if you have not saved your search, you lose your place. Plus it does show if you have already viewed a property but adding a full history tab would make things easier.

“Always provide accurate data on properties and owners
Pros
It offers multiple ways to track down a property owner such as via email, phone, mailing address and even age. Also it is fairly simple to use and anytime I have needed help, it's been there.
Cons
They start you off with 250 free phone numbers which is nice but I think that should be higher like maybe double that amount would be more fair considering how fast those credits go.
