What I love about it is how easy to use it is, it is cleverly designed to create complex automations with simple tools anyone can understand. The real strength is in its simplicity. The Pulse team is amazing too as they are always ready to help and willing to go the extra mile to ensure clients have the best experience, they know it can be overwhelming at first and they provide clear guidance every step of the way to help set up your account for your business. Pulse is definitely the CRM you need no question about it.
Cons
There is honestly nothing I can complain about. Everything works perfectly and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a simple yet powerful CRM.

“Seamless integration of multiple tools makes it the best
Pros
The best thing about it for me is having three separate automation systems all in one platform. Plus, the good thing is that they all work together smoothly, with no need for manual intervention.
Cons
Only thing I can think of is for them to keep expanding the interfaces and features. It's already great but we are hoping for more.

Pulse Technology provides complete security for users to connect remotely to applications or servers, it ensures full authentication with an additional personal device making the system highly reliable for both integrity and confidentiality.
Cons
I feel like it could be a little more user-friendly. Plus when switching the second device for double confirmation, the user has to go through a new setup which creates some extra difficulty.
