Setting up a preset once and reusing it across several pushes saves me time and keeps things consistent without extra effort.

It is incredibly easy to set a preset and reuse it for multiple campaigns saving us time and effort.

“geo targeting increases conversions
Pros
Having used this tool for over five years, I've seen real growth in conversions and sales, especially thanks to the precision of geo targeted pushes that reach international audiences.
Cons
A few tasks still required attention from our tech team, though I doubt any engagement tool could completely eliminate developer involvement. One of the main reasons we chose this tool was their reputation as leaders in the push notification market and we definitely don't regret the decision.

“Simple automated messaging that increases conversions
Pros
We have been using Pushwoosh for over five years and it's been great for automating our push notifications. We have also seen a noticeable increase in conversions and sales especially with geo targeted pushes. The targeting is accurate and effective too and sending broadcasts and scheduled pushes is easy. Plus all messages are customized for our international audience making them highly relevant.
Cons
Some tasks still needed attention from our tech team though I doubt any customer engagement tool can fully free up developers. We chose it because they were recognized as leaders in the push notification market and we have not regretted our decision.

“Customer journey builder drives growth
Pros
One of the most valuable features for me is the Customer Journey Builder which helped increase my app's monthly active users by over 16% and revenue by nearly 5% within a year through automated pushes.
Cons
Separating actions into tags and events wasn't very obvious for my team, even for our developers and it required additional time to integrate properly.

“Top Notch service for push notifcations!
Pros
The standout feature is the Customer Journey Builder. Using it, I increased the monthly active users (MAU) of the GC.SKINS mobile app by 16.62% and boosted revenue by 4.58% in 2021 by automating push notifications based on our customer journey map (CJM).
Cons
Nothing too major but the option to separate actions into tags and events was not immediately clear even for our developers which added extra time to the integration process.

As a small business owner starting out, this tool provided everything I needed right out of the box, easy scheduling, geo fencing, rich content pushes and customer journey creation.
Cons
For deeper integration with our software, we used the API option which is a great feature but not the smoothest to implement. For me it felt a bit difficult to use and required extensive testing before going live.

“Everything you need is in it

We started as a small business five years ago and needed a platform that could handle push notifications right away. Pushwoosh has proven to be the best choice. It offers an easy to use interface to create, schedule and manage push notifications, along with features like geo fencing, rich content pushes and full customer journey setups. It also integrates with all major OSes and browsers including Huawei and Amazon, thanks to the available SDKs.
Cons
For better integration with our software we decided to use the platform's API which is a great feature. However the integration process was not as smooth as we expected as it was a bit challenging and required extensive testing before going live.

Pros
For me, the combination of affordable pricing, supported platforms, ease of use and a strong API makes the platform highly practical.
Cons
In my opinion, support could be faster. Right now it's only through email which feels outdated. Something like Intercom or even a shared Slack group with customers would make a big difference in our work.
