“Excellent tool”
Pros
I'm really impressed with how everything comes together in one place, the communications tools, surveillance features and analytics all work easily within a single IR workflow and CRM system. Honestly, having it all integrated like this makes my job so much easier.
Cons
The learning curve is pretty steep and it takes quite a while to get everything fully up and running.

“Great for reports but slow support”
Pros
The reports come out looking so polished that we barely need to tweak anything before sending them to clients or adding them to our presentations.
Cons
Sometimes the wait time for customer support can be pretty lengthy, though they usually get things sorted out correctly once you reach them.

“Best Tool for Investment Business”
Pros
I find this to be great web based software that works well for investment purposes.
Cons
Haven't used it enough to identify major dislikes yet. The built in webcasting and conferencing features tend to have some lag issues that can be frustrating during meetings.
