Pros

I work in cybersecurity and finding ways to visualize complex data flows has always been challenging, especially when dealing with network traffic and security events. This tool's simple design makes it incredibly easy to create interactive diagrams that actually reveal meaningful insights from data that would otherwise be confusing to analyze.

Cons

The heavy dependence on internet connectivity is really frustrating when you're working in remote locations or high security environments where access is limited. I've run into situations where poor connectivity basically makes this tool unusable and the offline features just dont work when you need them most.
