Pros

I really appreciate how simple the dashboard is, anyone can jump in and figure out how to navigate without much training. The work management tools have been great for keeping us on track with important deadlines and the customization options work well for our specific business needs.

Cons

I wish there were more guides or tutorial videos about integrations with other applications. Since my organization handled all the setup, I don't really understand how these connections work and it would be helpful to have some knowledge sharing resources on these topics.
