Helpful tool with frustrating issues

Pros

The workflow features are really helpful when everything runs smoothly and daily reminders about who to contact are also nice. This has potential to be an excellent tool if all the functions worked as they should. Unfortunately they dont and I am pretty disappointed with how things have turned out. After investing so much money and time into this I just dont have the energy or time to start learning a completely new system.

Cons

Sending bulk emails is a real pain and the system constantly glitches and crashes on me. Getting help is frustrating since theres no phone support, just email tickets that take forever to get resolved. For what I am paying, I expected much better service and reliability.

Very good platform with some drawbacks

Pros

I think the workflows are amazing and keep everyone in the business on track so everything runs the way its supposed to. The dynamic groups feature is also really helpful. It makes deals easy and smooth.

Cons

The workflow doesnt display in a linear way which makes it tough for visual people like me. Auditing and making improvements becomes more difficult because of how everythings arranged.

Streamlined Real Estate Operations Perfectly

Pros

I've been through quite a few task management systems and this one really stood out. Setting up workflows was simple and I loved how we could assign specific users to tasks without any confusion. The campaign feature was amazing because instead of sending generic emails to everyone, we could target clients based on what they actually needed. What really impressed me was how easily tasks moved between team members. Once I finished my part, it automatically passed to the next person keeping everyone on the same page. Adding new clients was convenient and bringing in family members or spouses later didnt create any headaches. Most CRM platforms fall short when you need detailed client segmentation for marketing campaigns or even something simple like holiday cards but this tool made those tasks incredibly quick and easy.

Cons

The creation process can be pretty complicated. Once you get it set up it works amazingly well but actually building it requires some serious expertise. Only a couple people in our office really knew how to handle that part so individual agents couldnt set things up themselves.

Expensive, difficult and non refundable

Pros

I appreciate that this system is built specifically for real estate and manages all transactions.

Cons

I expected this to handle drip campaigns and transactions effectively but it fails at both. The included drip campaigns are terrible and the interface is complicated where you cant quickly scan information. I wanted to stop using it and since I paid annually they wont refund my remaining six months. Ive stopped using it entirely and I am looking for alternatives. Save yourself the trouble and pick literally any other CRM.
