I use this CRM every day and it's been a game-changer for staying organized. Setting up goals is easy, client follow-ups are easy and the email marketing features work great. The interface is simple, works perfectly on mobile and keeps me on track with all my leads.

Cons

I haven't run into any real issues yet. Right now I'm moving up to the PRO version to upgrade my marketing efforts.

Pros

I've been using this platform to run my business for 4 years now and it covers everything from marketing campaigns to appointment reminders. The calendar feature is great, plus I can track personal details about clients like family info, birthdays and anniversaries. Group and individual email functionality works well too. What's really helpful is the networking aspect, I can connect with agents nationwide and exchange referrals both ways. The system actually reminds me who to follow up with based on the client ratings I enter and it helps manage my weekly and monthly contact goals. The mapping feature on the mobile app is brilliant, shows me which clients are nearby when I'm out so I can drop by for quick visits. Works great across desktop, laptop and phone.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about this tool. Customer service has been fantastic and I really dont have any complaints to mention.
