“I like it!

Pros

The site is pretty easy to use and everything is laid out in a clear and organized manner. Plus if we ever need help, their support team is quick to respond and really efficient. What I like most is how patient and helpful they are as they take the time to make sure your questions are fully answered without rushing you. It really makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free

Cons

There are definitely some improvements to be made such as allowing the ability to set rates based on the renter's age and creating packages for various insurance types.

Renthub software is user friendly with plenty of features. Plus the support is fast, friendly and always ready to assist us when needed.

Cons

It is a bit cumbersome to enter pricing information and I noticed that it is not easy to make quick changes. However the tech team is working on a solution to upload pricing via Excel so this feature will be available soon.

“Customizable tool

Pros

The tool is pretty helpful and highly customizable. We also find the virtual POS and the 24/7 chat feature very convenient. Additionally the support team member was very helpful in helping us choose Renthub and she is very attentive to our needs.

Cons

We find it highly customizable and honestly we do not see any downsides. Also the software is simple, easy to navigate and user friendly.

Renthub team is always available and very kind. Also they are easy to reach, quick to help and make us feel truly supported.

Sometimes I need to make sure tasks are completed without receiving a notification which can be a bit frustrating.

It is a really solid management system that helps keep everything organized and running smoothly. What stands out to me the most is the customer support as they are very fast to respond and always helpful. As whenever I have had a question or needed help, they have sorted it out quickly and efficiently.

After studying more than 10 management systems we were lucky to find Renthub. It is a user friendly system that is easy to manage, works in the cloud and offer fast customer support. And they are always improving and making adjustments based on our needs. Overall we are very happy with it.

Cons

Currently I noticed that it is not possible to implement a payment gateway other than Stripe.

It is a very comprehensive software that allows us for complete business management. Plus Renthub's continuous improvements and adaptations make it capable of staying up to date with any changes in the business world. And since it works in the cloud you can access it from any device. Also it is adaptive, user friendly and easy to use. Training is quick too and anyone can learn to use it in no time.

Cons

Overall we like everything. If we had to suggest improvements perhaps some minor details could be improved like vehicle mileage in the planning section or mass fleet registration.
