fantastic support and fast rollout

Pros

From the moment we made Rep Order Management the central hub for our customer experience process, it was fully up and running in less than a week. It covers the whole workflow smoothly, from managing opportunities and building quotes to invoicing and project delivery. The support team has been absolutely outstanding and you always end up speaking with a real person who knows the system inside and out. On top of that, the company is very receptive to future improvements and keeps rolling out new features at no extra cost to the organization.

Cons

One thing I'd still love to see is an integration with a platform called Active Campaign.

Real-time deal tracking boost

Pros

Keeping tabs on deals in real time has made a huge difference for our department. The software is simple to use, helps everything stay organized and has significantly improved our overall productivity.

Cons

Honestly we have no complaints. It's excellent software and any company that wants to stay competitive and gain an edge could really benefit from it.

tailored fit for reps

Pros

Built specifically for manufacturers' reps, this software includes the workflows, features and functionality that this niche really needs. It adapts well to our requirements and the AQ team has been wonderful to work with when it comes to understanding our needs and making adjustments that fit how we use it.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about though I do wish some of the formatting tools were a bit more simple when lining up scope details on printed proposals. It takes a little trial and error to get everything looking just right.

Helpful quote tracking

Pros

After the templates were in place, putting together quotes became quick and simple. The reporting is especially useful because it shows how many quotes are still pending which ones were won and which were lost. That makes it much simpler to prioritize projects and stay on top of open proposals with timely follow-up.

Cons

Since the software is still in the earlier stages of development, there are some small bugs and quirks that require occasional workarounds. On the positive side, the developer is very responsive when it comes to feedback and actively makes changes and improvements based on it.
