“Good software, poor support
Pros
Like how it has almost everything you need. Website is good. It takes a little digging in, but almost everything you want is there if you wholesale houses.
Cons
The support is super slow. It takes over an hour to get an answer in chat. It takes 6 days to get on your sales reps schedule.

“Love the easy texts and great support
Pros
Setting up automated texts and emails is so simple. I've tried other real estate CRMs but this is by far the easiest to use. The support team is fantastic as I can just send a quick message or jump on a Zoom call and they solve everything right away. The team is really knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
The pricing feels a bit steep especially the cost per text and paying for every minute of call time. I'd love it if that part was a little more budget-friendly.

“Perfect for a new investor
Pros
As someone new to real estate investing, I love how easy this is to use. The integrations with Gmail, calling and the website builder are saving me money on other services. What really stands out is how helpful everyone has been, from the personalized demo to the quick number porting and onboarding. It really feels like the team at REsimpli cares about their customers and wants to build the best CRM out there.
Cons
Haven't run into any real issues yet though I'm still getting the hang of it. I know texting has some limits but that's probably due to legal regulations so I can't really fault them for that.

“great mix of automation and support
Pros
I can't praise this CRM enough. It has the perfect mix of automation, ease of use and support that's hard to find in this industry. The owner is really involved with users and they're constantly making improvements based on feedback. It feels like a CRM built for users by users. Plus their support is super responsive and helpful. I'd recommend it to any real estate investor and they make switching from another CRM really easy.
Cons
I think the pricing could be improved. Some features that feel like add-ons probably should be part of the main subscription. But I've heard they're already working on that which is good.

“Onboarding was so easy
Pros
The onboarding was great with a clear, step-by-step checklist that made setting up my account easy. I love that it combines lead management, phone, texting and a website all in one place. It feels like it was made specifically for real estate investors so I don't have to juggle a bunch of different tools anymore.
Cons
I'm still exploring all the features so there's a bit of a learning curve. Setting up the Calendly integration was a little confusing initially but their support team helped me figure it out right away.

“True all-in-one for investors
Pros
This is a true all-in-one CRM for real estate investing. They've thought of everything so you don't need a bunch of external tools. The customer support is amazing and always quick to help with any issues. The pricing is competitive and the full-featured trial lets you really test everything out. I'm thrilled with how efficient it's made me and I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
The only external tool I still use is Privy for comparing properties. I really wish that kind of functionality was built directly into the platform.

“smooth switch and fantastic support
Pros
Recently switched to REsimpli and have been really impressed. The onboarding was clear and efficient so I was up and running quickly. The support team is the real standout. They're responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you succeed. It's refreshing to use a platform that focuses on both great features and excellent customer service. Highly recommended for any investor.
