“Good for small hotels
Pros
It has everything I need for managing a small to medium sized hotel. Whenever I've needed help their support team has always been great and really responsive.
Cons
I've noticed that some of the more advanced tools that other platforms have aren't here yet. It's not a dealbreaker but it's definitely something I've kept an eye on.

“Easy lead tracking
Pros
I've found it really handy for keeping track of customer details. It even lets me send out messages on special dates like birthdays and anniversaries which helps me stay connected with customers in a more personal way.
Cons
For what it's built for Rhapsody CRM works well. I haven't run into anything I'd consider a problem or drawback so far.

“Best for sales leads
Pros
I've mainly used Rhapsody for tracking inventory and marketing. What's helped me most is how smoothly it connects with Outlook, that's been a big time saver.
Cons
I've a few moments where people mix up Rhapsody CRM with IBM Rational Rhapsody and that's made it tricky sometimes when I'm browsing tools or comparing stuff on the market.
