Pros
I really appreciate the sales automation and account management capabilities. It offers all the functionality of Salesforce but at a fraction of the price which is fantastic for our budget.
Cons
Programming capabilities could be stronger, something like Salesforce Apex would really help tackle more complex problem solving scenarios. Other than that I haven't run into any major issues.
