I'm really enjoying all the features this offers, the pictures, graphs, text messaging, calls and email functionality are all great additions.

Cons

The integrated part is a bit confusing since you have to convert customers into prospects for them to appear in the system. We're still figuring out all the features, so I'll probably update this once we get more familiar with everything.
