Pros
The user experience is simply the best, with an easy to use interface, beautiful design, top notch functionality and output. The powerful features and fast helpful support makes it even better.
Cons
I just wish it could do even more like handling reservation management.

“Absolutely amazing
Pros
I like how visually appealing it is, with amazing photos and well crafted description. On top of that, it is easy to navigate, saves us so much time and having the task manager feels like having a personal assistant online.
Cons
It would be great if I could add flights and transfers directly into the Classic itinerary's initial quote instead of having to add them separately to the guest portal once clients book, it would also be helpful to use multiple logos.

“Truly happy with the service
Pros
The ease of use really stands out to me and I love how professional the quotes look. Also the flight API that pulls flight times is a huge time saver for me making everything so much easier.
Cons
I would love to see an option to export the tours or enter costs for each element which would automatically calculate a running total and allow me to add a commission percentage. Plus I think the CRM feature could be expanded to offer more detailed information within the portal.

It is really easy to use, the presentation quality is excellent too and I find the price very reasonable, making it a great value overall.

“Hands down the best
Pros
There is so much great content. The first itinerary I made for a client was approved immediately and they even commented on how amazing the presentation looked. Plus it made creating and sharing itineraries so easy and simple for us.
Cons
As a solo agency it feels a bit expensive for me though the value is there if you can afford it.

Pros
The itineraries are fast, efficient and beautifully designed. So I highly recommend this as it makes planning so much easier.
Cons
There was not enough pre uploaded material for areas and hotels and there were no ferry options which we often book for our travelers.

Pros
I love how quick and easy it is to create beautiful lookbooks and itineraries. Overall it has made my proposal and itinerary process much faster while giving them a polished, professional look. Now they feel luxurious and perfectly reflect the high end travel service I provide.
Cons
At first the cost made me hesitant to try Safari Portal but the great discount made it much more reasonable. Now I use it every day, it has also helped me consolidate other providers and I only need one platform for creating proposals and itineraries.
