Pros
I've found this CRM solution really simplifies how we handle customer relationships at our company. It excels at managing the fundamentals like contacts, opportunities, sales pipeline tracking and performance monitoring all work smoothly together.
Cons
The reporting system feels pretty inflexible since you're stuck with whatever format they give you and can't really dig into sales trends or see how individual salespeople are performing. I find it frustrating that there's no way to customize reports to get the specific information layout I actually need for my work.
