We've found that the automation features really simplify our workflow and the Salesforce CRM integration works easily. I appreciate the great analytics that help track performance, plus the lead nurturing and scoring capabilities are spot on. Multi-channel marketing support makes it easy to reach customers across different platforms which has definitely increased our engagement and made lead management much more effective.
Cons
The complexity can be overwhelming at first and the cost is definitely on the higher side. There's quite a learning curve to get comfortable with all the features and I wish there was better social media integration. That said, most organizations still find the benefits outweigh these drawbacks when it comes to increasing marketing efforts and customer engagement.

The main reason I chose this platform was Journey Builder, it lets me create complex marketing campaigns that connect data between different systems. Content Builder has been a game-changer too, it makes sharing emails and documents across our different offices super easy, so teams can actually work together. This really is a complete solution that covers campaign automation, email creation and data tracking all in one place.
Cons
Email formatting doesn't always work smoothly with Outlook which is a problem since we're mainly B2B and most of our clients use it. Some default settings like font color can't be changed, making the built-in templates less flexible than we need. The cloud forms feature is more complicated than expected, you really need coding knowledge to use it effectively which wasn't what we hoped for in terms of user friendliness.

The pricing really caught me off guard, it's quite expensive and since everything is billed in USD, our costs keep changing with exchange rates. Makes budgeting for campaigns pretty challenging, especially when we're trying to watch our spending. As we scale up our marketing efforts, the expenses pile up fast.
