“Great customer support
Pros
The support team really knows their stuff, when you connect with the right person, they sort out problems fast and without any difficulty.
Cons
When you end up with a support agent who doesn't quite know what your looking for, it becomes a really drawn out and frustrating experience trying to get the help you actually need.

I get quick responses whenever I reach out with questions and they actually solve my problems fast.
Cons
Support from the higher-level teams can be pretty slow when I need answers from their R&D or Tier-3 folks. It can hold up progress when I'm waiting on more technical or in depth help.

I can easily submit cases and there's great visibility into where my cases are in the process.
Cons
For complex problems, it can take quite a while to get connected to someone with the right expertise. I've had to wait longer than expected at times which slows down getting things resolved.

The response time is incredible when we hit bugs in production. The team consistently comes up with creative solutions and often identifies customization opportunities before we even ask for them.
Cons
Sometimes the advisors suggest overly complex solutions that are hard to implement. The English language barrier can also be challenging when you only speak Italian.
