“Simple and user-friendly”
Pros
It was simple for me to pick up. The system feels friendly and the training guide helped a lot when I was first setting things up and trying to understand how it all works.
Cons
I find it a bit expensive compared to other options out there. But even so it's super clear and really easy to use, especially when I'm onboarding new people onto the team.

“Great for small teams”
Pros
What stood out to me was how fast I was able to get it up and running. It's clearly built for smaller teams and I didn't need a Salesforce expert just to get started.
Cons
It works great when I'm part of a smaller team but as the business gets bigger, I've started to feel kind of limited. It doesn't scale up with the same flexibility I'd hoped for.

I've tried a bunch of CRMs before but it is hands down one of the best I've worked with so far.
Cons
I honestly don't have any big issues with it. The only thing that sometimes bugs me is that it slows down a bit when I least expect it.

Pros
I really like how I can tweak Salesforce Starter to fit our needs. It even gives me suggestions that actually help us run things more smoothly and be more efficient.
Cons
I had to learn a few things at the beginning but it wasn't too bad because the design is actually pretty friendly once I got into it.

Pros
I found it super easy to use and connect with our other tools. Even folks who aren't very tech-savvy on our team got the hang of it quickly and liked how simple everything felt.
Cons
There's not much to complain about from my side. I think it's absolutely worth trying out especially if you're working with a solid company like SF behind it.

“Convenient to manage”
Pros
I didn't have a hard time getting it set up and it's been easy for me to use and maintain. I can even set and track sales goals without needing much help.
Cons
It does freeze up every now and then and yeah it gets frustrating but I've learned to just wait it out and usually things get back on track after a short pause.
