“Real-time view, comprehensive analytics
Pros
Its wide-ranging CRM features and the boost in productivity they provide is great because they let us consolidate client information and connect it with other tools to obtain comprehensive analytics and a real-time overview.
Cons
We have noticed that several user interfaces within the application lack the flexibility that we've experienced in other CRM systems which can be limiting at times.

“simple, tracks data, tailors well
Pros
My experience is that it's incredibly simple to use and excels at gathering and tracking data. I also find it easy to tailor to our needs.
Cons
Honestly having to refresh screens after customizing a report feels like an unnecessary extra step as I should be able to run the report immediately after making edits.

“Powerful, connects everywhere
Pros
Salesforce Engage is a very powerful CRM that I can tailor to our needs, offers great reporting, provides excellent customer support and connects smoothly with a wide range of other tools.
Cons
For me the platform feels pricey and often complicated to roll out. I experienced a steep learning curve, needed extra apps to unlock all features and sometimes ended up with too much data to manage effectively.

“Update data on the go
Pros
There's a mobile app on my phone that lets me input data while I am out and about. being able to update things on the go is a lifesaver. In 2024 we're basically tethered to our phones so this feature makes everything way more convenient for me.
Cons
Occasionally I find the interface overwhelms me with too many choices and I wish there was a way for end-users like me to tailor which options appear. It would be great to hide or disable features I never use so the screen feels cleaner and simpler.

“aI helps reports
Pros
For me Salesforce acts as an all-in-one hub for sales activities, leads and funnel management, covering everything in one place. I find it highly customizable and appreciate the AI-driven help that makes reports noticeably more precise when supplied with sufficient data. It also offers automation that simplifies workflow management.
Cons
On the downside, I feel the platform isn't particularly cost-effective for what it offers.

“powerful tool but pricey
Pros
It keep everything neatly consolidated in one spot. Also it is incredibly easy to navigate and the automation really cuts down on manual work. The reporting is also great for fast decision-making. All in all, I consider it a very useful sales management tool.
Cons
Honestly I found it somewhat overwhelming when I first started using it. With so many tools and settings available, I needed a good chunk of time before I felt comfortable. On top of that, the pricing can be steep which is hard for smaller outfits.
