Platform slowdowns & complex reports hinder analysis

Pros

From the start, I was impressed by the simple and easy interface. Clear icons and labels made navigation smooth and being able to personalize my dashboard with the metrics I needed most was a huge plus.

Cons

At times I noticed the platform slowed down which affected my productivity and creating custom reports turned out more complicated than I expected, limiting how deeply I could analyze sales performance.

Pros

I use this tool to manage clients and leads for my products like tracks and samples and it's definitely helped improve my workflow organization.

Cons

Getting started was a bit challenging and it took me a couple of weeks before I felt comfortable using the software.

Pros

Even though this software is primarily a CRM, I found useful administrative features too, particularly in managing invoices and basic accounting which are crucial for my work.

Cons

From an administrative perspective, I feel the tool could improve since some specific functions are missing, though I understand it's primarily a CRM adapted for management tasks as well.
