My opinion? Helpful team and smooth process

Pros

Working with 4bSystems has honestly been a great decision. What stood out most to me was how responsive and helpful their technical support and customer service are. Fast replies, a real understanding of what I need and the way they adapt things to fit exactly what I'm looking for, it really makes a difference. I needed a CRM that could be shaped around my specific workflow and SalesWizard, thanks to the team, they delivered that. Tomasz and his team know their stuff and made the whole process smooth. I'd genuinely suggest giving their solutions a try.

Cons

I didn't run into anything that bothered me while using SalesWizard or dealing with 4bSystems. I felt like everything worked the way I expected without needing to chase down fixes or figure out weird stuff.

Best CRM for renewable energy

Pros

SalesWizard covers so much more than just lead handling. Weve been using it for automated communication, assigning team tasks, managing offers, contracts and even installations. One thing that's saved me a ton of time is the lead filtering, it lets us skip over the low quality stuff and stay focused on the valuable ones that actually matter.

Cons

I haven't come across anything that doesn't work the way I need. I've been satisfied with how everything performs and I like the overall quality of the system.

Worth the money!

Pros

For us, this software goes way beyond just being a CRM. It's actually the core system we use to manage our entire MLM sales network. Our team can order products right from the platform and thanks to the Stripe integration, we get real time updates on payments and statuses. It's made tracking finances and progress a whole lot easier.

Cons

I cant think of any downsides. I've found it really helpful in day to day work and I think if I was running a branch office somewhere, I'd definitely bring this in. It's been worth it.

Best crm for midsize

Pros

SalesWizard's been helping us stay on top of our leads, manage funnels and track the progress of every single contact. What I really like is how open their dev team is to feedback. Theyve been super flexible anytime we've needed something adjusted.

Cons

I've been using it for a while now and I can't think of a single thing to complain about, its been a smooth ride all along and nothing ever gave me a reason to feel frustrated.

Great for legal work

Pros

Managing leads and cases is pretty easy here. I can spot anything that's falling behind quickly, hand off tasks to the right people and even automate parts of our workflow. It's helped us keep things on track without needing to micromanage everything.

Cons

I've been using this regularly and I feel like it covers everything I need, haventt really faced any issues so far and I like how the system keeps improving over time.

Built specifically for sales teams

Pros

This CRM was clearly built for modern sales teams. What I appreciate most is how often they roll out new features plus theyre constantly improving and adding things we didn't even realize we needed until they showed up.

Cons

I've seen CRM setups drag on forever and get really frustrating but I didn't have to go through that here. I managed to set things up pretty quickly and I didn't feel stuck or overwhelmed during the whole process.
