Pros
What I find most impressive is how easily everything works together, the query management system, ticketing functionality, CcaaS integration, chat bots and AI agents all feel naturally connected. It's like having a full service cloud solution without the difficulty of switching between different platforms.
Cons
The interface feels a bit clunky and could use some work. A more simple design with better user adoption tracking would really help make things smoother for everyone.
