Pros
SAM combines all the necessary online marketing tools in one place offering us a complete solution for our online marketing needs. It meets all our needs and we don't have to rely on other tools.
Cons
I find the management panel a bit complicated. Its difficult to get the hang of due to a large number of features. Could have been simpler.

Cons

Pros
The bulk email features are nice and getting better with time. The support team is always always there for me and always give the best possible solutions whenever required.
Cons
Hoping to get some extra features soon. Since I'm not the typical CRM customer I am in no hurry and understand that high priority tasks get worked on first.

Pros
The functions for sending mass emails are solid and getting better. The team is quick to reply and pays attention to my requirements.
Cons
I'm still waiting for a few more tools to be added. Since I'm not a regular CRM user, I'm being patient while the team finishes the higher-priority items first.

Pros
I find it really easy to use and since I come from a finance background, I appreciate how much we have saved on costs. SAM has replaced several platforms and saved us extra logins saving my team a lot of time over the past few years.
Cons
It does come with the usual limitations and drawbacks that usually are a part of SaaS platforms. I would really appreciate having someone from the team visit twice a year to train my team on the new features.

Pros
Well we love the simplicity and feeling of familiarity. Also from a budget standpoint the money saved along with the platform's ability to replace several different systems and logins has reclaimed countless hours for my team over the last few years.
Cons
As a web-based service it has the usual restrictions and downsides you'd anticipate. I'd like someone to visit twice a year to teach my team about new functions.

Pros
There are many software features that make me suggest this product. The platform's ability to take a name, a prospect and show you all the relevant details you could want. Tracking leads through email campaigns and templates especially seeing who opened and clicked. Pulling the list of who to follow up with is simple through the reports you can generate. These are just part of what makes this a productive system.
Cons
It might not be seen as a drawback. It's more personal. This is a powerful system that blends sales, marketing, management, forecasting and reporting with ease of use. The only "con" is there's so much to learn whether through training, support or videos. Ask me again in a few months when I know more!

“easy lead import and data gathering
Pros
I loved how simple the first data import was (just match columns and save), the automatic information gathering on each Lead (this collects interests and topics, finds social media profiles which is a huge help!). Adding new Leads is very easy as you can create them individually or use the spreadsheet upload. It's great to have multiple ways to add a Lead!
Cons
The cost seems a little high but you get what you pay for. This platform provides a huge number of features and personalization so I understand why it's not among the cheapest options.

“Clear top value with scalable pricing
Pros
It offers the best value compared to its rivals. In my previous role as a VP I had to review several major platforms. After months of meetings, demonstrations and price talks it was clearly the top value for any company. The platform provided the same or superior tools as all competitors but the pricing was built to be both scalable and affordable.
Cons
I didn't need the pictures on the menu icons. A simple symbol would have been enough.
