“Didn't realize how useful it was at first
Pros
There are three things that really stand out to me. First, I love how process oriented the whole company is, it's clear theyve built everything with structure and efficiency in mind. Second, it is packed with features that cover a ton of different business areas which makes it super versatile. And third, the finance and accounting system is incredibly solid. Even if you're a smaller company or a group with up to 2,000 employees, it handles everything really well.
Cons
Getting started with this ERP system definitely takes some effort. Its not something you just plug in and go, it needs solid training and consulting to really get moving. But Quick and Easy is a different story. When we rolled it out in our company of about 250 people, it took us around 15 to 30 days to handle the implementation, training and support. The system is detailed and really process oriented, so it does take some time to fully understand how everything works. It's definitely more complex than tools like Lexware or sevDesk, but it also offers way more power. Once you get the hang of it, you'll see how much it boosts your operations and honestly after a few months, you won't want to work without it.

“Perfect fit for a service center
Pros
I love that there's no need to save anything on my local drive. The reports are clear and come in really useful formats plus it covers everything a service center needs. The jobsheet format is great too and it prints out with all the checklists and input info right there.
Cons
The one downside is that you can't use it without an internet connection. You can't open data or look up customer info unless you're online which can be frustrating at times.

“Much better performance lately, love it!
Pros
Everything from invoice generation and tax calculations to service jobsheets and managing onsite customers works really well. Even the inventory part is handled smoothly. It's all good!
Cons
It works well but I really wish they'd add a feature to upload HSN codes through Excel. Also, it'd be super helpful if the tax percentage got selected automatically when we pick an HSN code.
