“Great customer support

Pros

I really appreciate how capable it is. We are still figuring out how to make the most of all its features but we are getting there!

Cons

The language barrier can be a bit annoying and I often find myself waiting too long for responses from support.

“Highly adjustable tool with a helpful team

Pros

Their team is always focused on finding solutions. Nothing feels out of reach and the product is super flexible. It can be customized in so many ways to fit our needs.

Cons

At first its a bit overwhelming with all the buttons and options available. The interface could be cleaner but on the plus side, having all those options gives me plenty of flexibility. Sometimes it feels like its just a bit too much to choose from.

Pros

Its really easy to use, loads quickly and has everything our team needs to stay on track.

Cons

It would be great if there was a drag and drop feature for some of the tasks. That would make things so much easier.

Pros

I love that I can manage everything I need for work in one place and setting up my daily tasks is also really simple.

Cons

No complains from my side. I can easily find all the details about my booking and customer info without having to search for too long.

“Perfect software for businesses

Pros

The scheduling system is definitely my favorite. Its clear, easy to use and keeps everything from contacting clients to managing bookings organized.

Cons

Ive been using this software for a couple of years and Haven't run into any issues so far.
