Pros
I like how customizable this is, picking up the basics was easy and there's room to expand functionality as needed. The guidance on accessing and controlling different setup aspects is really helpful.
Cons
The setup process can be pretty time consuming since there's so much customization available. It's definitely not a plug and play solution but the extra effort you put into configuration really pays off in the long run.

Pros
The CRM's flexibility is incredibly helpful. Being able to customize the layouts for different groups to fit our specific needs makes a huge difference. Their support team responds quickly to any problems and they're constantly updating the platform with improvements.
Cons
The task system works well but I wish it was more prominent. A daily email reminder about my assigned tasks would be really helpful since things can get buried otherwise.

Tbh, I really appreciate how organized everything is, plus the flexibility and visibility it offers. It's definitely simplifyd my CRM processes and helped me close deals faster, that's been a huge benefit for me.

“Exceptional CRM with Outstanding Support
Pros
Customer service here is absolutely incredible, i think probably the best I've experienced anywhere. The chat feature gets you answers in under 5 minutes, sometimes even faster. Beyond that, the system itself is incredibly great, letting you handle operations, payments and sales all easily in one place.
Cons
The pricing can be steep but they're flexible and will negotiate to find something that works for both sides.

The customer support here is absolutely incredible, whenever I reach out with needs, the development team actually listens and implements updates within hours. My business has tons of variables that make it tricky to manage but this platform stepped up to work with me directly. Together we've built a system that flows smoothly and handles everything I need perfectly. I really can't say enough positive things about there support.
Cons
I've had to use a third party system to get my data into this platform, which isn't ideal, I'd much rather have direct integration without the middleman.

“Smooth tracking and reporting
Pros
For us, the custom data fields feature has been a game changer. As a smaller school with unique requirements, most "out of the box" systems just didn't cut it, they lacked the customization we desperately needed. This platform lets us create multiple data fields and organize them exactly how our staff works best. Our Admissions team loves being able to check prospect status first thing each morning. Moving students through different stages is incredibly smooth and having all activities, phone calls, texts, emails, displayed in one timeline view is fantastic. Weekly reporting used to be such a difficult process but now it's literally one click once I've set up the reports. That alone saves me tons of time. The client service deserves special mention, they're responsive, friendly and always ready to help out.
Cons
Nothing really bothers me about this software, it does what I need it to do without any major issues.

“An all in one platform!
Pros
This system has really transformed how we handle our contact and account management, our revenue has definitely gone up since we started using it. What I love most is how user-friendly it is, regardless of your tech background. We barely needed any setup or training to get going, which was a huge relief. The customer service has been outstanding from day one, from initial contact all the way through purchase, training and ongoing support. Whenever I need help or have questions about features, they get back to me quickly and professionally. The mobile app is fantastic too since it has all the same functionality as the desktop version.
Cons
Not much to complain about really, they're always rolling out updates and adding new features which keeps things fresh.

I really like how quickly the support team gets back to us. Whenever we run into problems or have questions, they're right there to help. What's even better is that they actually listen to our feedback, we've suggested improvements and seen them implemented across the whole platform.
Cons
One thing that really bugs me is how emails sent to multiple contacts get randomly assigned in the system. Like when a customer emails several people at once, copying other customers and employees, the email might end up tracked under any of those contacts with no clear logic behind it. This makes finding specific emails way more complicated than it should be, since you never know which contact's record it'll show up under.

Pros
Board view is really helpful and creating custom views makes finding orders so much faster. Customer service has been excellent, I especially appreciate the chat feature since I can keep working while getting help with any issues.
Cons
The color options feel pretty limited right now. I'd love to see more ways to customize the board view, like being able to bold certain items or add background colors to different tabs. Right now I can make customer names bold and company names red, which helps but having the PO number in a different color would make it pop more. The theme colors only change the borders of the views, so more color customization inside would be really nice. Email integration could be smoother too. I'm still using Gmail instead of switching completely because I haven't found an easy way to make that transition work well for me.

The customization options are incredible and the service quality really stands out. I love how clean and simple the interface feels, it's elegant without being complicated. My overall experience has been absolutely perfect, honestly a 10+ if I had to rate it. Having used salesforce before, this is night and day, Salesforce felt like a 1 compared to this. While it seems more sales focused with a really frustrating interface, this feels like a genuine CRM built by people who understand what users actually need. It's like upgrading from a 90s flip phone to the latest iphone.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is how slow other companies like Microsoft are when you request improvements, they dont seem to care about customer feedback the way this team does.

The best part is how it displays my emails to the entire team, saves me from repeating the same info over and over. It's fantastic for keeping everyone connected, both internally and with clients. The customer notes feature is really helpful for guiding conversations. Sometimes knowing someone's a mom or into field hockey makes all the difference when starting a chat beyond just business talk.
Cons
I wish there was a way to add general company notes that aren't tied to specific jobs or customers, maybe I just haven't found this feature yet. The interface could use some modernizing, though its still pretty likeable overall.

The team really knows their stuff and they'll walk you through setting everything up exactly how your business operates. What impressed me most is how they take time to understand your workflow and build tracking systems that keep everything organized, no more dropped leads. Cons

I'm really impressed with how customizable the CRM is. The implementation team went above and beyond to handle all our requests and made sure our team got proper training.
Cons
The only downside is how complicated it gets when you need to modify the database. We had to upload a huge contact list that needed alot of cleanup work but their service team was there to help us through the entire process.

The mobile app is a game changer for our sales team. They're constantly using it throughout the day since they dont need to use the laptops and get everything set up, just grab their phone and access everything right there. That convenience is probably why we see such high engagement levels.
