dependable software

Pros

This platform is simple, dependable and works incredibly well for keeping everything in order. It lets us get to know our customers better, fine-tune our daily tasks and enhance the service we deliver. We really appreciate the outstanding help desk, they are always quick, expert and very supportive.

Cons

Honestly there's almost nothing to criticize. It would be fantastic if it connected with more outside services like The Fork to make the process even more efficient.

Simple for mid-size restaurants

Pros

The system is simple to operate and handle, it's very welcoming for users. I've tested other systems. It really depends on your restaurant's scale but for a place of our size, it's a perfect choice. It helps us learn about our patrons, their likes and our workflow. Their support team is also very quick to respond.

Cons

Some parts like the promotional tool or the schedule editor, can get a bit complex. I feel I'd need a guided walkthrough to fully understand them on my own.

Great custom labels

Pros

I love the option for custom customer labels and how we can set up unique occasions and advertise them using the online tool links to showcase what's happening at our venue to people who might visit.

Cons

The link with the MICROS system is a standout feature for us. It would be a powerful tool for getting precise customer records, something we've struggled with due to past technical problems. We're hopeful this can be finalized soon.

awesome support and simplicity

Pros

Firstly the incredible support, especially from one team member who is always ready to help along with the entire chat team. Secondly how simple the platform is to operate. Lastly how it simplifies taking bookings and getting to customer information.

Cons

We aren't able to remove a guest profile and the system doesn't stop someone from making two bookings for the same phone number at the exact time in different dining areas.
