Cons

Pros
The overall system is very user friendly. Everything is logically placed and easy to find. Plus I love that inquiries from our website go directly into the CRM. We did not have that with our last program.
Cons
Some clients have had issues with the mortgage application but I have not figured out if it is a software issue or a user issue yet.
