Pros
The customer support is outstanding, the integration is smooth and the interface is user friendly. Plus all the features are powerful and the customization and flexibility options are excellent which makes it close to perfect.
Cons
I just wish we had found them sooner. Honestly there has not been anything about it that I do not like.

Pros
Few things I like about it are Zapier integration and the automation of text and email messages are fantastic.
Cons
They completely ripped me off. My monthly service fee is $149.50 but they charged me $484.00, only refunding $299.00 leaving me $36.00 short every month. Then there were more random charges adding up to a total scam of $750.00. I tried calling billing but there is no phone number and only an email. I even tried contacting customer service but again, no phone number just an email. I sent multiple emails but no one ever responded or called back. This is for wrongful billing.

Pros
The product has some cool features that we liked but they might not be as inclusive as we initially thought.
Cons
To be honest horrible customer support. Everyone from C-level to billing and sales lacks product knowledge but seems really good at avoiding compliance. For three weeks, they have been dodging a third party agreement that would prevent them from selling leads entered into the system. Also it is odd and we definitely think so too.

“There is nothing else that compares to it”
Pros
It has everything you need such as phone, email, texts and even a calendar feature that is integrated into the whole system. Plus the project management aspect replaced the need for Trello. The lead distribution, marketing automation and contact management are far superior to anything I have used before.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons. The system is amazing and the support is top notch. Whenever I have a question or a request, it is always handled the same day something no other CRM software does.

Pros
It makes the entire process so simple. Also it is an excellent way to stay organized from loan application to funding. Plus the communication with the borrower is easy especially for requesting documents and updating on approvals or declines. The layout is so easy for everyone to follow and it covers everything for us.

Pros
Shape provides the best CRM system I have used. It syncs, customizes and offers amazing reporting. You can make calls, send texts, emails and run mass marketing campaigns all within the platform. Also the dashboard reports show leads, prospects and real time numbers. It even covers everything from intake to closing and it is customizable to fit my needs.
Cons
When denying a document it lets you add a custom comment to explain why. Plus it would be nice if they had a prepopulated drop down list of reasons for denial.

Pros
This software is not only user friendly but is also easy to navigate. It helps me stay organized and focused on selling and generating income. I love the automated follow-up system which ensures we do not miss any opportunities. Also it keeps you engaged with potential clients and as we all know, good communication is essential for securing new business. So I highly recommend Shape for any mortgage business that does not already use this CRM. I have used other CRM/POS systems and Shape is by far the best.
Cons
I would not really call this a con but configuring it to fit my exact needs takes some input from the business owner. However the rewards on the backend are significant because it is so comprehensive.

I was impressed with how easy it is to manage your pipeline, thanks to all the integrations and automations. Plus everything from lead funnels to file sharing is easily accessible. One of my favorite features is the if/then functionality which is perfect for marketing campaigns.

Pros
The contact management and pipeline tools have made prospecting much easier. We now use the system to share notes, call recordings on leads and essentially manage everything. The email and text drip campaigns have automated much of the work we used to do manually. I would highly recommend Shape.
