“Bait and Switch Contract Nightmare”
Pros
At this point the only positive thing I can say is that my time with this company is almost over. The whole experience has been miserable.
Cons
Getting the software up and running was incredibly difficult. What they promised during the sales process was nothing like what I actually received. The software never worked for me and now canceling the subscription has become another problem because they're holding me to a very expensive contract. There are better, cheaper and more user friendly options out there and I would never recommend this software to anyone. They made big promises before I signed but once the contract was in place reaching a real person became nearly impossible. They push you toward AI or email support only and the whole thing feels like a complete bait and switch.

“helpful features but limited api”
Pros
Setting this up into our marketing and sales workflow was pretty easy. It comes with prebuilt data and the features feel more relevant to what I actually need. It doesn't overwhelm me with overly complex feaures and it is simple to figure out. Integration was also fairly easy.
Cons
Biggest downside is the API which feels lacking. There are also quite a few limitations that make daily use a bit harder than it should be. The cost is another negative for me.

“Buggy CRM”
Pros
If there were anything positive worth mentioning I'd put it here but there isn't.
Cons
After working with CRMs throughout my entire career and using a lot of different platforms this is easily the worst one I've dealt with. In just the past three weeks I've run into a long list of bugs and have been reporting them to support every single day. On top of that their response time is painfully slow. If you're considering a CRM I'd strongly recommend avoiding this one and going with Close.io instead. It handles the same kind of tasks without being anywhere near as buggy which is exactly why I'm switching.

“Limiting CRM”
Pros
At first glance this seemed thoughtfully built and included some strong features like email marketing, lead scoring and a customer portal. We gave it a try for a month but in the end it just wasn't the right fit for our needs.
Cons
A recurring frustration was that we often seemed to understand the product better than the sales rep. The CRM also wasn't very customizable since you're capped at 20 custom fields and those fields are tucked away in a separate tab. It also felt a bit slower than our previous CRM usually taking an extra second or two to load. On top of that the pricing is higher than some competitors and there are quite a few added charges for things like storage and API access. The API itself is fairly restrictive too both in what it can do and in its low daily and hourly rate limits which was especially disappointing given that API access comes with an added monthly fee.

“Lead capture done right”
Pros
One thing that really works well is its lead capture and management setup. It lets me bring in leads from different sources and keep track of them properly as they move through the sales pipeline.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems with it at this point. It hasn't caused me any disappointment.

“custom workflows that save time”
Pros
It lets you build custom workflows and automate repetitive tasks which really stands out to me. That has saved a lot of time and made daily work much more efficient.
Cons
It's been the best experience by far so there is nothing negative to report.

“Good marketing automation tools”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths about it is its marketing automation toolkit. It includes email campaigns, landing pages and lead scoring which makes it really useful for managing and improving marketing efforts.
Cons
Haven't seen any downsides at this point. Honestly it's the best software I've used so far.

“Quick to learn!”
Pros
Getting started with it didn't take long at all and it has already helped solve a lot of the pain points we were dealing with.
Cons
We haven't come across something we dislike yet although we also haven't explored every part of the system so far.
