Pros
What makes this tool so helpful for me is how much it simplifies the entire customer review workflow. I especially like the sentiment monitoring, it gives me a clear picture of what's working and what needs attention based on real client feedback.
Cons
The analytics feel pretty surface level and don't give me the depth I need. Without detailed data, its hard to measure how well my review generation is actually working or pinpoint exactly where I need to focus my efforts.
