“Perfect for Our Business

Pros

The automation features have really simplified our onboarding process and made everything feel more professional for both donors and members. Even though we're a small non-profit without a dedicated IT team, the implementation process was well-guided and the ongoing training and support has been excellent.

Cons

The initial setup felt confusing because of all the configuration options available. I'd suggest watching the webinars and training materials to really get the most out of it.
