“Easy Customer Tracking”
Pros
I find it super convenient to manage all my customer relationships in one central spot with this. It keeps everything organized and accessible, which makes a big difference when I need to follow up, resolve issues or just stay connected. Being able to pull up all the data exactly when I need it has been a huge boost to my daily workflow.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything major that bothers me about this CRM. It's been incredibly helpful for managing relationships and I haven't encountered anything that feels not usefull or gets in my way.
