I really appreciate the clean red design with gray, black and white accents, it keeps everything organized and easy to navigate. The customer tracking features are great and I love how it handles data programming and captures important client information independently. The invoicing tools are great and the financing and order processing work smoothly. Communication flows well and document delivery is fast with reliable digital file connections.
Cons
The reporting system is frustratingly slow and unstable, it takes forever to load company documents and sometimes the whole thing crashes. When I try to pull up data, the app starts some detection process that can take several minutes to get the network connection back. It's really not worth the hassle when you need quick access to sales analytics and content samples. The whole system needs some serious fixes to make it usable.
