Best CRM for Managing Sales

Pros

It is really helpful for managing leads, deals and keeping track of my entire sales pipeline.

Cons

The settings menu feels confusing with way too many options, though I'll admit most of them are actually necessary.

Easy Setup and User-Friendly

Pros

The CRM was practically ready from day one when we signed up for the trial. Just needed some minor adjustments and we were live with all the features we needed.

Cons

I can't really think of anything major that bothers me about it. From the moment I started using it, everything worked pretty well.

Effortless CRM

Pros

I can configure exactly what we need and leave out unnecessary features. The system packs serious power but stays surprisingly easy to navigate.

Cons

Some modules feel unnecessary for my needs, though I can disable them if I don't want to use them.

Pros

Flexibility here is incredible, I can customize the CRM to fit exactly what my business needs. What really stands out is being able to handle all the customization myself without needing outside help.

Simple and Reliable Tool

Pros

Interface is absolutely fantastic, probably one of the best I've come across. The reminder system and other small features really help increase our business growth in meaningful ways.

Cons

The system doesn't come with sample data preloaded which would really help newcomers get a better sense of how everything works from the start.

Perfect for Sales Workflow

Pros

I like how this system combines lead management with other key modules for managing both prospects and current clients. Keeping everything organized in one dashboard has definitely made my workflow a lot more efficient.

Cons

I can't really find much to complain about. Maybe adding some extra modules like an internal messaging system would increase the CRM's overall value even more.

Outstanding Experience

Pros

The features are fantastic and incredibly user-friendly. This will definitely increase our organization's productivity across the board.

Cons

The support ticket system exists but customers can't submit their own tickets, there's no self-service form available. This feature could definitely be added.

Simple Interface

Pros

I find this system incredibly user-friendly, even for team members with different skill levels. It's a huge plus having a CRM that everyone can navigate without extensive training.

Cons

Setting up the account initially feels confusing since the system appears massive and complex. However, you can turn off features you don't need and just use what's necessary for your workflow.

Great Layout

Pros

I really appreciate the clean red design with gray, black and white accents, it keeps everything organized and easy to navigate. The customer tracking features are great and I love how it handles data programming and captures important client information independently. The invoicing tools are great and the financing and order processing work smoothly. Communication flows well and document delivery is fast with reliable digital file connections.

Cons

The reporting system is frustratingly slow and unstable, it takes forever to load company documents and sometimes the whole thing crashes. When I try to pull up data, the app starts some detection process that can take several minutes to get the network connection back. It's really not worth the hassle when you need quick access to sales analytics and content samples. The whole system needs some serious fixes to make it usable.

Perfect data handling

Pros

I'm impressed with how the interface is laid out. You can add countless leads and clients without experiencing any slowdown, everything runs smoothly no matter how much data your working with.

Cons

I think updates come frequently which can be confusing to keep up with, though they do add value when you take the time to learn them.

Great for Lead Flow

Pros
