“Amazing customer support
Pros
Their support team is just amazing. From sales to tech support and even regular check-ins, everyone's super responsive, knows their stuff and is genuinely nice to work with. I honestly haven't experienced this level of service anywhere else. If you're thinking about a loyalty program, I'd 100% recommend Spendgo.
Cons
Honestly, we've never run into any downsides with this platfomr, whether it's the product or the service. We've been using it for several years now and they keep rolling out features that actually add value. Our customer loyalty numbers keep going up year after year and it's been great to see that growth.

“Excellent solution!
Pros
It's a great tool to boost revenue. I've been using it to drive our customer loyalty strategy and it really pulls everything together in a way that works. Its smart, effective and definitely helps bring in more business.
Cons
I'd love to see even more integrations with our tech stack. It works well but adding more connections would definitely make things even smoother for us.

“Praiseworthy Professionalism and Efficiency!
Pros
The Spendgo team really looked out for us. We've got a pretty complex setup with public houses, cocktail clubs, barbershops and different POS, online ordering, and pay at table solutions. They helped us roll out one loyalty program across all four of our business units, covering 19 unique brands. Even when we ran into issues with some vendors, Spendgo came through with creative fixes and made the necessary enhancements. Their tech is solid but it was their expertise and support that really made the difference. They helped us build a customer first loyalty experience that we didn't even realize we needed and now we're super confident in what we're offering our guests.
Cons
We had a few hiccups in the beginning with one of our 3rd party apps on Shopify but the team jumped in and figured out a workaround. They really helped us get things back on track.

“Must have in our business
Pros
I love how easy it is for customers to earn points without feeling pushed. Just grabbing their info at the pos gets us started and once we have their number, we can work on getting them to opt into sms. That smooth entry point is a big win for us. Plus the dashboard is packed with insights and we get to see so much valuable info about our customers.
Cons
Trying to integrate our app (Togo Technologies) with it wasnt easy. I was really hoping Spendgo had its own built in online ordering app so we didn't have to deal with these kinds of challenges.

“Works great for what we need
Pros
I like that it connected easily with our Revel POS. We were able to use white lists for rewards which a lot of other vendors didn't offer. We even added a background video to the register screen which made the presentation to customers look great besides this, setting up rewards across multiple stores was easy and the SMS campaigns worked well for sending promotions and updates. The dashboard had helpful stuff like adoption rates and customer history but honestly, it mostly ran itself. The goal was to give customers rewards with as little hands on work as possible and that's exactly what it did.
Cons
We did have to contact support to update the white list which wasn't a big deal but something we couldn't do ourselves. Also, when printer redirects happen, some customers dont get their rewards which can be frustrating.

“Easy Integration and smooth Implementation
Pros
Getting started was very easy. Onboarding was also simple and integrating it with our POS took no time. It didn't feel complicated at all.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything negative to say. The team's been great and super easy to work with, no complaints from me.

“Solid Features and Support
Pros
It's really easy to use and packed with smart features. The analytics based on guest behavior are super helpful and it integrates with everything we use, online ordering, pay at table and OpenTable. The transitions are smooth, the support is great and we even get help with loyalty strategy. It's been a huge plus for us.
Cons
There are a few limits when it comes to tier support. It's not a dealbreaker but having more flexibility in that area would be awesome.

Pros
The thing I love most is how smooth everything runs. Guests and employees both have a great experience and we're seeing awesome results on top of that. It's honestly been a win win all around.
Cons
The system's really solid and easy to use, so I can't think of anything to complain about. It just works.
